Serves 6 to 8 Ingredients: Butter (for greasing the pie plate or skillet) 2 cups sliced fresh rhubarb (1/2- inch slices) 2 tablespoons plus 1/2 cup sugar, divided 3/4 cup milk 3 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or extract 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1 tablespoon butter, melted 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
