2022 was a wonderful year for growing peppers. My plants went into overload. canned sweet pickle relish and used Greek pepperoncini. Used spiralizer for cukes and cut the spagheti sized strings to 4-5" lenghts. cut the peppers, after deseeding to 1/4"wide strips, canned in canner for 10 min at 10# pressure. GREAT.
