Instructions. Place maple syrup and vanilla extract in a tall glass. Stir to combine. Slowly pour in 8 to 12 ounces club soda. Stir gently to combine. Add ice, as desired. TRACEY'S NOTES: 8 ounces of club soda = 1 cup, 12 ounces = 1 & 1/2 cups. Use 8 ounces of club soda if you prefer a syrupy-sweet cream soda.
