I tried the Just Spices Vegetable Allrounder on a sheet pan full of mixed vegetables (baby Yukon potatoes, carrots, peppers, onions, garlic) mixed with chunks of andouille sausage. The flavor profile of the spice blend was pleasant for this dish--the tellecherry pepper led with a spicy bite, the other spices in a supporting role with more.
