I love this product and am so disappointed when it is out of stock. It is a seasoned 2.75 pound boneless turkey breast. I cooked it from frozen to perfect in my instant pot (2 cups of water and place on trivet then high pressure 45 min if frozen, 29 min if thawed then natural release). It comes out perfectly cooked and juicy.

It's basic turkey breast meat so how tasty it gets really depends on the seasoning used. Tenderloins are easier to not dry out when cooking, but I personally don't mind that turkey meat.
