Re: Grocery Stores. 4 years ago. Save. We visited Provo in 2012 and find the prices on Anguilla to be more reasonable and the selection pretty good. We like Proctor's and Best Buy East the best for trying new stuff (local brands we don't see at home), and Tropical Distributors for good prices on cases of 1.5L water as well as a good wine/liquor.
