Back in 2004, when we opened Baileys' Chocolate Bar - a dessert and martini bar - it was done on a dime and a dream. Scraping up money and working from dawn to dusk with a staff of twenty people, we eventually achieved a long time dream of becoming a favorite spot where guests gathered together to celebrate the special occasions in their life.
