In 2011, Rose moved to Hot Springs, Arkansas with an impossibly big dream: to brew beer commercially using the city's famous 144 degree spring water. She formed a company and began the arduous two year negotiation to lease a historic former-bathhouse in the heart of Hot Springs National Park from the federal government.
