1 review US Jun 2, 2022 No communication or customer service on a $500 order Two weeks ago I ordered a $500 espresso machine from them. I received no communication about shipping dates, but if I entered the order number on their site it would say it was going to be shipped the next Friday.

Katom, not responding to my request to simply sent a return shipping slip (as common by most online retailers these days), refused to acknoledge any of my concerns, nor did they provide me with a missing Hopper or explanation - mind you, this is a $ 1,000.00 piece of equipment. My bank informed me that Katom argued against my claim.
