The BOS and Minutemen factions do not get the Battle of Bunker Hill. The Minutemen ending is the "failsafe ending" meaning it can always be done at any time. Technically you could do it before the Battle of Bunker hill if you wanted to. At any rate Bunker Hill is such a disappointing settlement. It is literally worse to build in than Covenant.
