Costa Rei is a great place to have a try at pretty much any water sport and activity you can think of. Depending on the wind, you can try windsurfing and kitesurfing, catamaran hobie cat. Wave surfing isn't possible - although Sardinia is a good destination for surfing, the beach in Costa Rei isn't a good spot.
