I've been trying to figure out how to make it for years. Sarma's sister cafe Sofra used to hold cooking classes, one of which was something like "Breads of Sarma", where you'd make the cornbread, among other breads. I was never able to get us into a class pre-pandemic, and they stopped holding cooking classes during the pandemic, so my search.
