Meadow tea is a refreshing drink made in the summer months by the local Amish and Mennonite communities. And, I'm sharing how to make meadow tea in today's post. Even though I grew up on a farm in central Pennsylvania with German roots, I was not familiar with Meadow Tea until I moved to Lancaster County. My good friend, Cindy, introduced.


How to Make Amish Meadow Tea

Add clean mint leaves to the boiling water, fully submerging all the mint. Boil for 30 minutes over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for another 30 minutes.
